Kyle is awesome! He helped us buy our first home he was so good at explaining everything to us, he was flexible with our schedule and he was there to answer all our questions! He was there for us every step of the way!??

Kyle was very easy to work with. He really went to bat for me and my husband while dealing with difficult sellers. He showed us all kinds of options because we were moving to Arizona from Missouri and didn’t know many areas. I would highly recommend him.

Kyle found us the best home and neighborhood within the area and price range we were looking for. The process was simple and effective because he took the lead and we felt like we didn't need to stress about the process. He is very responsive with great negotiation skills. Out of all of the agents we have worked with, I would hands down recommend Kyle first.

We were moving from another state and didn't know anyone in Arizona. We randomly picked Kyle and the Legacy team from the Zillow website and it turned out to be a great choice. Kyle was knowledgeable and helpful at every turn. We asked to see a number of houses on short notice and Kyle responded quickly. And if he couldn't make it, he made sure one of his colleagues was there. We ended up picking a house the was for sale by owner. The seller was difficult and lacked real estate knowledge. Kyle did everything he could to negotiate and help the seller understand the process, without compromising his commitment to us. In the end, we got the house! I would recommend Kyle and his team over and over.
