Kurt has been involved one way or another in every real estate deal my family has completed since 1994. We may be a bit biased, but when it came time for my wife and I to list her first house, it was a no brainer who we were going to choose. Kurt was very professional and gave us his honest opinion on where would could expect to sell the home at, and he was right on the money. 3 weeks later, we had a full ask offer and accepted. The process took much longer to close than hoped, but that was through no fault of his, and he was always on-top of the other agent and lender, and very pro-active with his updates. He made the best out of an unfortunate situation and handled himself like the true professional he is. When the time came to finally close, we set the closing for both homes 1 hour apart and all went flawlessly. I could not be happier with how the experience went. If you are looking for an agent, or a change from who you are with currently, you could not go wrong with Kurt Lamping! As long as he is in the business, we will be using him all of our real estate needs.

Kurt was referred to me by a friend. I was told he was very knowledgeable of the local area and has many years of experience. Based on my experience, I agree and would recommend Kurt to others. Kurt is extremely friendly to work with and has extensive knowledge in the real estate area. My interactions with Kurt was from both sides. He acted as a selling agent for me along with trying to find me an investment property.

Kurt was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, professional and determined to find what we liked. I would have liked quicker response times on some things, but overall, Kurt was pleasant to work with and was a great tool in the selling of our home and in helping us find our next home. It was a pleasure working with Kurt!

Kurt was very professional as well as personable. When I was looking for a condo, or downsized home, he showed me many offerings, and pointed out their good points, as well as anything he noticed that could present problems. He also sold my home of 45 years, and advised me about the best pricing. It sold within a month. He answered any questions that I had and always responded in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him.

We had a very good experience with the sale of our old home. We had our new home built and Kurt was there for us when he did not have too. I would recommend him. Nancy & Ralph
