I am a licensed MIBOR broker, yet I chose to hire Kristie Smith to sell my home. Kristie's expertise far exceeded mine in terms of prepping our 30-year old home for market as well as her experience with selling in the luxury Carmel price point of my home. Kristie managed the entire transformation of our home. She brought in a arsenal of vendors who attacked our home in a 3 week period. She sold us on the idea of preparing our house correctly in order to attract buyers looking to move-right-in. She had so much data which was clear regarding the value we'd receive by making the investment in home transformation. Our house was well maintained but mostly "original" in aesthetic finishes. Kristie advised on what Carmel buyers are are looking for & she told us what we should do (and not do) to prep the house. She fully remodeled our 6000 sq.ft house for approximately $60K and we increased our sales price by over $200K on this investment with her. It was amazing. We literally moved out & handed her the keys. When she sent us the photos 3 weeks later, we fell over. None of our friends could believe it was our house either. One thing Kristie did was replace all the lighting in the home. We simply gave her our credit card number and she did all the ordering with ease. It was a turn-key process. Her entire team was jaw-dropping with their knowledge, strategy, proactivity, negotiations & communication. We are thrilled that we hired Kristie and her team.

Tracey was great even way before we were ready to go on the market- helping us make the changes we needed to in order to get the best price. She really helped me understand and sift through convoluted offers and unexpected snags. Never any doubt she was truly looking out for me!

I highly recommend working with Kristie if you are selling. From the initial meeting, the walkthrough to identify recommended changes for selling, to listing/ creating a "buzz" around the property, Kristie knows what to do. She has a great team to support all of the above and knows what to do to get top dollar. Her advice comes from years of experience. She is also very driven and makes herself accessible.
