I had the greatest pleasure of working with Kris LaBrake. She was absolutely awesome, extremely helpful, very professional and knowledgeable! If she doesn't know something she will go out of her way to figure it out. I always felt like she was fighting for what I wanted. I recommend her to everyone I know.

In a word, FANTASTIC! The search was not an easy one. We had what we wanted in mind, and we were not straying from it. Kris did her best to keep us in those houses. She educated herself with our financing and worked directly with our lender to keep us on track to what would work. She was at all viewings before us and usually was already pointing things out. Once we decided on a house, she was hands on through all inspections. read through my home inspection and informed me of any read flags. All in all, our best interest was always first. Stayed in contact all through closing, to make sure I didn't have any concerns. Kris made this buying experience way more enjoyable than my first. If you want someone who is going to go the extra mile for you, than Kris LaBrake is for you.

I engaged Kris as my realtor when I sold my condo in Concord NH. From the very beginning she was great - professional, knowledgeable, and prompt in her responses to questions. My partner has been been a real estate broker in New Mexico for 30 years and I felt like she was working for me and watching over the transaction just the way my partner does for her clients. She gave me good advice regarding what changes needed to be made to get the best price. When the house was actually placed on the market, I received an offer within 3 days. Working with Kris impressed me! I would say to anyone who has real estate to buy or sell in her part of the world that they would be lucky to have her as their broker. Big thumbs up for sure!

From the start, working with Kris was a pleasure. She was accommodating to our schedule, considering we were coming out of state to view homes. Whether it be a Sunday or a weekday, she always made the viewings happen for us. She sent me numerous emails throughout the process with the exact type of home and acreage we were looking for. She was always working for us to find the right fit. Kris spent hours with us at one specific property measuring rooms, giving us input on what we could change or keep. She had a wealth of knowledge to offer, from furnaces to wells. She went above and beyond for us until we found out dream home. Even at this point, she continued routine communication with us about deadlines, inspections, and everything in between. If all of this wasn't enough, she was also very personable and caring. On our closing day, she gave us each a thoughtful housewarming gift, which went above and beyond her duties as a real estate agent. I cannot say enough good things about Kris, it was truly a pleasure to work with her. Debra and Charles

We are so very happy that Kris was able to find us our dream home and sold our home . She did such a great job with both properties. She responded very promptly to all of our concerns and questions. Very impressed and extremely happy.
