Kimberly was the absolute best realtor I have ever used. I have bought and sold many homes and I was so delighted to find her. She was incredibly responsive, incredibly capable, well-connected, and had a great network of local folks who could help prepare the house for sale. She has great taste and judgment and she really knows her market. I give her my highest recommendation. She really is top-notch, and I plan to use her every time I buy and sell in the area.

Moving back to California has been a dream and Kimberly Ward (Santa Cruz, CA) has worked tirelessly to make our dream a reality. Initially, Kimberly dropped everything to see a home that I had planned to see with another agent that did not follow through. She did a great job of assessing our likes, needs and budget. As soon as a new property came on the market she alerted us and we flew out- she always made time for us and offered much appreciated advice and guidance. She drove to Monterey County several times to show us homes. She even got us a rapid inspection and estimates for necessary repairs. We have bought and sold many homes, I have never had a realtor like Kimberly!!!

Kim recently handled the purchase of my new home.
