We are first time home buyers and found Kimberly on Zillow and we were very lucky that we did. We viewed many properties and Kim was always on time, the showings were easy, communication was excellent. She assisted us from beginning to the very last day of closing and educated us throughout the way. We wanted something original that we could renovate but had no knowledge in that department, Kim brought a contractor to the property and he was able to paint a picture for us and give us an estimate as well which made our purchase even more confident. She connected us with a great title company too that we liked. High professional and great person! We couldn’t be more satisfied with the services provided. Thank You Kim for making our first home buying experience a positive one!

I have bought and sold 6 homes since 2003, and have to praise Kim as the absolute BEST realtor I have ever worked with. Kim has fantastic ideas and strategies and highly responsive during the entire process, but if things go poorly, that's where she truly shines. We had delays on our home sale and she not only figured out how to keep us updated, she also smoothly negotiated what may have been the most difficult lease back in history. She's been a Godsend on our new home as well, coming through a last-minute hiccup that could have cost us the entire deal. Although we haven't gotten entirely through the closing, I have no doubt that we're going to get there, and if not, that it was not meant to be. I just can't say enough good things about Kim, go with her, you will NOT be sorry!

She was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend her.She was very knowledgeable about several areas. And was very prompt when getting us at a property she went out of her way to find what we wanted.
