My wife and I recently had Kimberly Nemeth has my real estate agent in selling our house, and the experience was very painless to go through even though my wife and I are going through a divorce and was difficult for Kim dealing with a unique situation. But Kim devoted her time equally to myself and my wife and answered any and all of our questions that we had throughout the process. Kim is very detail oriented and was very upfront and honest with us about how much we could get for our house and what exactly we needed to do in order to get a reasonable price that would work for the buyers and would work for us the sellers. Although our open house didn’t receive a lot of people, it was not due to lack of effort by Kim, we had a bad storm the day of the open house, but the few people that showed up she made sure to reach out to them the next day and worked well with them and within a week from that day we had our House sold. We thought the process would be long, drawn out but Kim worked very hard to have our house sold within a week. We are forever grateful to her and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for purchase a home or sell a home she is a true professional!

Kim was a constant professional, she answered each of my questions with knowledge and patience. She was available more than 85 % of the time when I called. Other times she promised to get back to me asap and she always did. I would recommend her to anyone and be surprised if they weren't satisfied!

Kim did a great job in finding out information about homes and responding quickly. On top of that, she was quick to make appointments that worked around my schedule. Kim was honest about the homes she showed me and did an amazing job of keeping me updated with new listings that fit my criteria. I would highly recommend Kim to others looking to purchase a home.

My wife and i could not be happier with kim. She is professional and understanding. Always accomodates a busy schedule and has patience to find you the perfect house instead of going for that quick sale. In fact she even used her knowledge to talk us out of a house or two that looking back would totally not have been for us. Kim was great, we love our new home and highly recommend her services :)

Kim was great! I don't usually write many reviews however she deserves it. I chose Kim because she was recommended by my bank and was glad that I did. No matter the time of the day or night Kim responded very promptly and was very helpful with the purchase of my first house. When there were issues with my bank Kim called them and handled it immediately. Not only this but you could tell this wasn't her first time, her expertise in the home buying process was nothing shy of flawless. Very helpful with recommendations for attorney, inspector, and repair. I don't plan on buying anytime soon however if I did I would use Kim again. Dealt very little with her assistant however she was good too.
