I’ve sold two homes and purchased two homes with Kim. Her clients are her top priority. Kim is the absolute best!! The first time that I sold a home through Kim, we were able to bring multiple offers to the table after just two open houses. The second time that I sold a home through Kim, we had 13 showings the first day on the market. The house sold over asking price on day one. On the flip side, Kim does her research prior to taking a client to tour a home. She is knowledgeable about the property. Kim is strategic and always keeps her client’s best interest at heart.

If Kim was a concert, I would go to her everytime! She puts the "real" into real estate. She is so personable and knowledgable throughout the whole process! Kim helped me buy and sell my home. Each time, either buying or selling, the process was like laying in a tube going down a lazy river. She made it a breeze and took all the stress off my table. I would highly recommend Kim to care of all your real estate needs. She is the real a state deal!

This was our first experience selling our home and Kim made it a breeze! She came over and gave us some pointers on what we needed to do to get the house ready and shortly after we had pictures taken and had the house on the market. The photographer they used was so kind, professional and was great to work with. We had the house on for 5 days and got 7 offers. Kim stayed in constant contact with us and was continuously providing updates and was available to answer our many questions which was extremely helpful being new to the process. Closing day has come and the signing process was quick and easy and we couldn’t recommend Kim and her team enough!

Our buying process was a little less traditional than others in the sense that we weren’t entirely sure what we wanted when we started looking. We had used Kim before so that decision was easy but she was so increadibly patient knowing that we weren’t in a hurry but we’re keeping our options open. She was always available for any house that we wanted to see and waited for us to find the right home. While it was a longer process due to our lack of wanting to commit to something different in the beginning, Kim always put us first and clearly communicated every step in the process. She treats you like family and is always extremely timely with everything. We would HIGHLY recommend her for buying or selling a new home!

Kim is the best in the business. As a first time home buyer I was nervous going into the home buying process but she was very transparent & informative making every step smooth as possible. Highly recommend using Kim as she showed nothing but me/client’s best interest
