Kim is an excellent realtor and knows the Ashland market inside and out. She helped us buy a house a few years ago and then when we had to move due to a new job opportunity she helped us sell the same house. Based on the location and condition of our house she accurately predicted the profile of the potential buyers such that we had multiple offers the first day it was on the market (one at asking price and one above). Meanwhile, similar homes had been languishing on the market for months. She took care of every detail during escrow with straightforward and honest professionalism.

Kim worked tirelessly for my parents during a difficult time in which they needed to downsize, sell their home and purchase another home. She was there every step of the way, never gave up and helped my parents above and beyond the traditional role of an agent. I have been trying to sell my home for 3 years and off and on before that and have had many realtors, Kim was by far the best Realtor I worked with! She was on top of everything, personally being there at every showing. Great advertising and marketing. She is very professional and kind. Not only did she sell my home she also helped me buy one and continued to be on top of things when there were some issues even after Escrow closed and her work was officially complete. I would recommend her VERY highly!!

Hands down, the best realtor I've ever worked with. I used Kim to buy not one, but two houses in Ashland! She is knowledgable, organized, patient and all around, very helpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kim!
