Kim was fantastic. I was a first time home buyer and she "held my hand" through the whole process. She was always available to answer questions morning, noon or night. Finally she continues to be available to me since I closed on my house. I am not living in the home I purchased right now and she has been willing to meet contractors at my new home in order to let them in to make estimates for different work that needs to be done. I would highly recommend Kim.

My experience with Kim Gordnier can only be described as extraordinary. At a very vulnerable time in my life,when I had had to relocate before my home was sold, Kim managed all aspects of the sale with grace,care,devotion and determination. Her attention to detail,and willingness to go way beyond what most realtors would do, touched my heart and resulted in a successful sale at a time when the market was weak. Our communication was clear, her responsiveness and sensitivity to the emotional needs of both seller and buyer, her knowledge of the market, her ability to research whatever information is desirable, etc... makes her no less than the ideal person to sell or buy any home, at any time, at any price range.
