This is the third time Kim Diop has guided us through real estate transactions - two purchases and one sale. We’ve found that Kim is exactly who we needed on our team. She listened to what we wanted and helped us find that, and she made sure we had all available information for those properties as we considered them. Kim was always available to quickly answer questions and set up appointments. Once we found our dream home, Kim skillfully guided us through a multiple-offer situation and made sure the sellers understood that we were the perfect buyers for their house. After the offer was accepted, Kim coordinated with us, the seller’s agent, the lender, inspectors, and everyone involved in purchasing a property hours away from Greensboro. I was extremely impressed with Kim and her expertise during our selling experience. We had many viewings almost immediately as well as excellent feed back about those. We had an offer in less than two weeks. During this portion she kept us informed about the process and advised us about each step and our requirements. We were totally satisfied and would recommend her to anyone for their real estate needs.
