Kevin is a highly seasoned realtor in the real estate field where he helped me zero on my choice of house in a timely manner. Being a first time buyer though, I wish he would have sat down with me and baby walked me through the process which didn’t happen, maybe because of the advancement of technology where everything is now done through mobile phones or he just had multiple clients which probably made me a non-priority. I signed so many legal documents without guidance. Either that that, Mr. Thomas is an attentive and helpful agent when he is physically present. I could be part of the communication challenges too as I was in and out of training with my job during the whole purchasing process. Mr. Thomas presented me a priceless gift ?? in the end that I can’t thank him enough for. I will without doubt work with Mr. Thomas in the future and will never hesitate to recommend him to loved ones.

Kevin did an amazing job assisting my husband & I purchasing our first home , we were not able to make it in person but with Kevin the process went very smoothly and better than we expected ! as a first time home owner I highly recommend Kevin and his team. They communicate well and go above and beyond to help with all of your needs. He has been very patient and supportive if we were to sell or buy another home we will definitely be working with Kevin again! Thank you so much for your patience and help.

Kevin was always available for me. He did amazing with communication throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgable about the home buying process. His negotiation skills helped me get the best deal possible. Whenever I had any concerns or questions he addressed them very quickly. He is very professional, has a great personality, and overall a great person to work with. He exceeded my expectations and made my first time home buying process a breeze. I would most certainly recommend Kevin and I would hope to work with him again, whether its selling my home or buying a new one. I will be giving him a call and I hope that you will also.
