Kevin is hands down the best Real Estate Agent in Texas. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to help his clients. His professionalism & knowledge of the DFW housing market was extremely impressive. Every time I reached out to Kevin he responded immediately with direct answers to my questions. It only took one phone call to know he was the person I needed in my corner. I was on a time crunch to find a home and complete the loan process in less than 30 days. I was able to get my offer accepted on my home before it even went to market. At first, the seller refused to pay the commissions to the buyer’s agent. Kevin immediately dropped a portion of his commission so I could get my offer accepted. He was also able to get me back $6,650 in seller's concessions. I was amazed by how great of a negotiator he is. The detail and language that went into the contract made sure I was protected and everything went in my favor. During the loan process, he discovered the seller owed back taxes on the property. We were then told this could delay the closing for 60- 90 days. Personally I was a wreck and didn’t know if this transaction would even go through. Kevin remained calm and went to work. He was able to get the title company to hold back taxes from the seller in an escrow account. If this wasn’t discovered before we closed I would have been responsible for the amount owed. We were able to close on the home in about 15 days thanks to his expertise and superb lending partners. From the very beginning Kevin was always honest and upfront with me. His poise and integrity during a real estate transaction are unmatched. No matter what roadblock came up during the process Kevin was able to help guide me step by step. He didn't waver one bit. I’m forever grateful for the opportunity to work with Kevin. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home in the Dallas- Fort Worth Metroplex. He made my dreams come true!

Kevin was absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process of our home buying experience. He helped us navigate quite a few obstacles from the historic Texas freeze to the sellers messy divorce all during a crazy real estate market. Kevin was truly a master negotiator throughout multiple points of the home buying process. He was always able to get our offer within the top two offers being accepted, without coming out of pocket with crazy amounts of cash. As a bonus he even negotiated the price of our home down to the appraised value saving us thousands of dallars. Kevin was able to get us in homes before they hit the market which was a huge advantage. He walked us through both new and old homes pointing out many things that could become a future problem. He gave us his honest opinion on ever home we toured. He could have made a much higher commission on many of the homes we saw, but Kevin knew these homes were not in the right location for our needs. He did not let us settle and I will be forever grateful for him. I now am the proud owner of a gorgeous home on one of the few private lakes in the Dallas area.

Kevin was amazing when we bought our house. He knew exactly what to do to get the deal done. I cannot recommend Kevin enough!! He was super friendly and encouraging throughout the whole process of selling our house and buying the other one.

Kevin was an amazing real estate agent for us. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking to purchase a home. We saw a few homes that ended up not working out. In this market it was nearly impossible to buy. When we came to our dream house on the third try which we knew we really wanted, Kevin helped set us up with a great strategy to put us in place to have a very competitive offer. I won't say exactly what the strategy was, as that is his business strategy, but because of his effort, we had a more open dialog with the seller and we were able to get the winning bid. Kevin has always been honest and up front with us, but was never pushy. He answered our questions quickly and followed up with others if he didn't know so that we had the best answers possible. It was the best kind of experience we could have asked for from an agent. I would say I would love to work with Kevin again, but he got us our dream house and we won't want to leave it, so I can only hope that I can persuade others to seek out Kevin for their needs. Thank you Kevin!

I can not recommend Kevin enough, If you are looking for a realtor who has the experience, the knowledge, the negotiation skills and who will advocate for you 100% then you need Kevin Hammon as your realtor. He is very professional and will go above and beyond for you I mean literally will go above and beyond to ensure you have the bes t deal. There are not enough words to describe what an awesome realtor he is, our situation with the purchase of our home was not something that happens often. But Kevin was there every step of the way, he always had information ready and if there was something we needed he was very quick and efficient to get us an update. We have recommended Kevin to friends and family and will be returning clients for our second home.
