Kevin is an amazing realtor. Knowledge base realtor suits him perfectly, he's very knowledgeable about the market, especially the different areas from Naples to Ft. Myers. He has sold our family two properties now and we couldn't be more happy with his service. He makes the process very easy. He is reliable, and quick to answer. Kevin and his team at Knowledge Base Real Estate made our goal of finding a second home in SW Florida happen. We started the process online in mid January and with the help of agent Billy Gubelman found our house, negotiated a contract and closed on the purchase all by the end of February. They have also continued to help us after the purchase with recommendations of vendors and other needs we have in a new area to us. Kevin is a great realtor! He's super knowledgeable about the market and being an investor himself has really been beneficial. He has quickly sold 4 properties for us within the last 6 months. We have 2 more upcoming that we will be listing with him and wouldn't think of using anyone else. He listens to suggestions, holds open houses, replies promptly to texts and emails, always answers his phone, he's personable and is overall the best realtor we have used in our 8 years of being investors. I highly recommend Kevin for all your real estate needs.

Kevin was my Realtor for my townhome I was selling and I ended buying a home Kevin owned. My buyer could not close, after Kevin told me I could move my things in. After I did, him and his business partners wanted $5000 a day for a rental agreement. When I refused they locked everything I owned in the house for 5 days. Terrible realtor, it was the worst experience of my life.
