Kent is a valuable asset if you are looking to sell a home. I had to sell a home in Austin, TX and I live over 3 hours from there. He took care of it all. I never worried and it sold in no time. I was and am grateful for his hard work. He got it sold in record time lifting a big weight off my shoulders.

My husband and I were first-time home buyers and we cannot think of anyone else we would have wanted to guide us through that experience than Kent. Both his knowledge and professionalism were a big comfort to us in a process that at times felt like an overwhelming task. He was always around when we needed him. We appreciate his hard work and are very happy in our new home.

Kent is the only realtor I'd buy and sell with. Kent helped us purchase a home when we moved to Central Texas nearly ten years ago. His familiarity with neighborhoods in and around the Austin area was exceptional. He helped us find the best community and home for us. Recently we decided we wanted to move a bit further out of town and find a property with some land. Kent proved to be an asset throughout the sell and buy. We negotiated a strong deal on the purchase. He was exceptionally helpful in the sale of our home. He knew just where to invest and what to not worry about. We sold the first weekend on the market for over asking in a tough market. A few other homes on our street and many in our neighborhood were listed for months, and many of them have still not sold. He was knowledgable, friendly and upfront about the realities of the market on both sides of the transaction. I can't recommend Kent enough.
