Rick was my agent, stand-in - I was an out-of-state buyer. I spent five days in the area, and looked at 25 to 30 homes - Rick took an enormous amount of time to travel me throughout the greater Phoenix area. Once I determined the right house for me, Rick got me a deal better than I was expecting. Once I returned home, Rick covered for me during the inspection and final walkthrough - going above and beyond in being my surrogate. I'd hire Rick / anyone from the Klaus team again in the blink of an eye.

Matt Veronica, The Klaus team did an incredible job helping me buy my first home in a fast time span! They were always willing to talk through details and work with my schedule. Matt went the extra mile and has taken weekly trips to maintain my property for the month that I was out of town, keeping my pool clean and healthy before I move in. That is top tier service! Highly recommend to anyone.

We were recommended Rick as part of our lenders preferred realtor program and I am so happy we got the chance to work with him. I reached out to him and he replied within minutes and that level of response remained consistent the entire way through. Rick was absolutely amazing he answered every question we had and even answered the questions we wouldn't have known to even ask. As a first time buyer I was nervous going into the process but within two weeks we had a killer offer on a house that we love living in. Rick came to all of our walkthroughs, inspections, and signings and even left a very kind (and helpful) closing gift. Theresa was amazing as well. Helping us set up our complimentary re-key and use of the moving truck. This team made an overwhelming process seem like a breeze. 10/10!

I wish I could give Rick more than 5 stars. First time home owner here. Initially referred to Rick Collins by a family member that has been in the mortgage industry for years. Not only that, her spouse, my cousin, is a realtor! Although, in a different state. So I knew from the start I could trust Rick. He went above and beyond. To start, I shared my ideas/wants in a home. As well as location within Phoenix that was preferred. I then mentioned I had a builder in mind. He connected me with Nancy Roberts from Lennar. They both got me EVERYTHING I wanted. ALL my wants. The process: I’m still in shock at how easy it was to buy a home. I say easy because Rick had my best interest in mind the whole time. He asked the builder ALL the questions I would of never known to ask. He was present for every appointment. He was on top of everything. Thankfully our experience with Lennar was seamless, although, how could it not have been. He was even present for my first and second walk through and was EVEN going to go for my third party inspection. While we waited for the home to be built and finished, he and his team checked in with me multiple times just to be sure if I had any new questions. I mean, I’d buy a home over a car at the dealership ANY DAY! I will never use anyone else and I’m going to be sure to refer Rick Collins to all my friends and family. Thank you Thank you! And Lastly, thank you for my generous move in gift!
