Marshall did an amazing job helping my husband and I find our forever home. We were a little worried with the current housing market but Marshall worked around the clock making he sure he stayed on top of listings for us and really came through with everything we had hoped for in a home. The whole process from start to finish was stress free! We were extremely happy with our experience and definitely recommend Marshall.

She is the cream of the crop. She was referred to me from USAA real estate rewards network and wow do they know who they are referring. World of difference from previous agents I worked with. Kendall knew the market and what it took to sell my new home. Since I was in California and my house was in Ohio, she helped arrange for qualified contractors to do any upgrades and repairs that were needed. She made the whole process seemless.

This was our first time buying a home so we were inexperienced with the home buying process. Kendall did an excellent job explaining each step along the way and made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision making process. She truly went above and beyond in order to show us houses in a timely manner (even asking other realtors to show when she was unavailable!). Her promptness was vital in having the offer accepted on our home. Following the accepted offer, Kendall recommended lenders and other key people involved with the home buying process and each one was reliable and did an excellent job! I would not hesitate to use Kendall again for buying or selling. She was GREAT!

Kendall was very helpful in finding our house even given our difficult to find wants. She was very responsive to our questions and requests even if they were on the weekend or later in the day. The person we were buying from became very difficult at certain points and Kendall was extremely knowledgeable about our options and steps to take.
