Kellyann was amazing. We cannot say, or thank her, enough. Her expertise and advice made all the difference to us as first-time home buyers. We had a tight timeframe, and Kellyann made it happen. She was fast and flexible, and while we’re sure that she had other clients with larger budgets, we never felt like it. We started looking for a home in January and needed to make a decision on whether to renew our lease for another year or not by the end of March. We found the house that we ended up buying on a Thursday in late January from an app alert that wasn’t part of our planned itinerary; we saw it on Friday; Kellyann had an inspector with us on-site on Saturday; we made an offer on Sunday; and we had a favorable decision on Monday. By the end of February, we had closed. We were one of eight offers in an extremely hot market, and Kellyann’s advice made all the difference in making ours the most competitive. Besides her own expertise, she comes with a network of consummate professionals from financing to inspection to the closing process and home movers. You can’t go wrong working with Kellyann!

Kellyann helped my wife and I (two first-time home buyers) find the right home for our family. We began working with her in February 2020, found our home in March, and closed in April. She knows the MD-DC-VA area very well and introduced us to new communities and neighborhoods that met our requirements for desired commutes and lifestyle. She kept us consistently informed about the housing inventory and what was coming on the market. She frequently got us viewings before open houses and was always available, including weekends and evenings, to see homes with us. It was her strong negotiation skills that landed us our new home. We are very thankful to have found Kellyann. She was a great coach and champion for us.

One of the reasons we chose Kellyann as our agent was her familiarity with the area. She had previously sold houses in our neighborhood so we knew she could successfully market our home. She was in touch on a regular basis. Our house was sold before it was formally put on the market. Kellyann also provided extra support as we encountered some unique situations that had to do with the coronavirus pandemic. Her care and concern were much appreciated.

Kellyann worked with me to sell my condo, explore new neighborhoods until we found a good fit and then close on our new house! Kellyann was knowledgeable, responsive and patient. I am estimating that we looked at around 30 places until finding the right fit. She and her team also ensured someone was at my condo when it was being shown, inspected, etc to ensure that there were no issues. Based on my results, I can highly recommend her on both the selling and buying side for your real estate transactions.

Kellyann did a great representing Louise and I relative To the sale of our home on Lily Pond Ct. She kept us abreast of everything that was happening. Even while we were on vacation at Disney World for 9 days and being stranded at Orlando Airport for an additional 4 days, Everything at home ran smoothly thanks to Kellyann. I would recommend Kellyann to any of my friends as a GREAT REALTOR.
