Kelly is the best realtor i've had the pleasure to deal with. She listens, and is always on call. Definitely would reccomend her to anyone. Kelly met our needs, and she was very patient and kind. She was direct with the builer as well, making sure they kept up their end. We are going to be selling the house we live in now later on, and we plan to use Kelly to do so.

When my house was listed within 2 weeks it was under contract. She had people looking at it all the time. We were very impressed on how fast things happened for closing and how convenient it was to close no coming in and signing all sorts of paperwork. If you need to sign something she can send it to you electronically and you sign while your in the store shopping or picking up your kids. I have found the only person we will use in the future to deal with selling or buying our homes.

Kelly Morgan is a dream to work with. We had been looking at houses for the past few years through another realtor. We are glad we decided to make a change. Our experience with our last relator was terrible. Had to find the homes myself, have them set up times, and then all they did was open the door for me. No advice or knowledge on any home we looked at. Then wasn't really fighting for my best interest. No negotiating prices or finding options. Then we found Kelly. What a worker. She gave advice, found homes for us, negotiated the price we wanted, workes for her clients. Even months after the purchase she has helped us find information on our home. Shes is very professional and easy to access with questions anytime.I highly recommend her and have her working for my family. You will not regret working with Hill Realty and Kelly Morgan.
