Kelly and her team are so good at what they do. Kelly was with me lockstep of the way in trying to sell my parents house as part of an estate. The house needed repairs and her and her team helped me get the house in shape and ready for sale, which it sold on 1 day! I am so very grateful for Kelly , Rose Mary, and Anne for being the knowledgeable, supportive, kind and caring people that they are… not to mention their absolute knowledge and professionalism in real estate.

Kelly and team were a pleasure to work with, very responsive. I was actually selling my home from out of state, so it was critical to have someone local and willing to take the time in handling those things that could not be addressed remotely. Their team had access to many local service providers with whom they were able to schedule repairs with little or no effort from me.

Kelly and her associate Anne Akenhead helped me through the process of selling my parents' house this summer. I have known Kelly for years, as she helped my parents purchase this house in the '70s and she has helped my wife and me with a home purchase as well. Kelly and Anne are both extremely knowledgeable and they provided the names of trustworthy vendors for home repairs, plumbing, inspections, appraisals, etc. As with any older house, there were a few issues with it during the preparation for putting the house on the market, and Kelly and Anne helped me navigate through all of it so the house was ready and it sold only a couple of days after it was put on the market. I HIGHLY recommend Kelly and Anne if you want to buy or sell a house in the Cary/Apex area. They are fantastic!

I'm so glad we were referred to Anne for our first home purchase! She made the process as easy and stress free as possible. She was happy to answer every single question and kept us informed on what to expect with each step of the process. She took the time to understand what we wanted and was ready to spring into action when we found the home we loved. I can't recommend her enough!
