You could not do better with Keith. Once you meet him, you will understand. He genuinely cares. He goes above and beyond what you would expect. He drove 4 hours to the property just to help me find a property marker. Then he drove 4 hours back. He showed up with metal detector and shovel. It was raining, and there he and I were, soaked to the skin not giving up. His drive, humor, and excitement is priceless. You would think he was buying this for himself as driven as he is. We found the property marker by the way, being soaked to the bone and all. It was by chance I found him. If you are reading this, you can’t go wrong with Keith. He will help you find your dream.

Keith treated my wife and I like family, and held our hand and walked us through the process every step of the way. We got into it expecting nightmares, and instead it was a relatively pleasant experience, and I attribute that entirely to the fact that he was constantly available and never hesitated to answer our questions. During the points where everything would stall, when we were just waiting for paperwork requests, he would reach out and check in with us and assure us that everything was going well and that we were doing the right thing. The one bad thing about finishing the process and getting our house, is we don’t have an excuse to see him anymore. I keep his info around, so that anytime anyone I run into might be thinking about buying a house, I can suggest him before they find someone else.

Keith is absolutely outstanding. Buying a first home is a nerve racking experience, so I am appreciative that I have Keith in my corner. He makes things run properly, always updates me, and is genuine in his care for my wife and I. I highly recommend Keith and WILL use him for ALL future purchases I choose to invest in.

From start to finish, Keith was super! He came and evaluated my home and what I needed to do prior to putting it on the market, and once the property was listed, he kept me appraised of the progress. All through the process, he kept in contact with me and collaborated on actions needed to make things go smoothly. Even at closing he notified me of the final actions and filing of documents. I could not be happier! Thanks so much Keith!

He helped me get my home sold in a timely manner. The team that works along with Keith was right there to help at all times. Thank you for the personal care and attention in the matter of selling my home that I lived in for 11 years. It was a happy sad day. Keith went the extra mile! I would reccomend him and his knowledgeable team to anyone who is moving to the area.
