We had the unique opportunity to use Kay as a realtor from the position of a buyer and then later as a seller. This instance we were the sellers. From both perspectives though, we found Kay to a be a very knowledgeable and professional realtor. I called her after hours and on the weekends and she was always amenable to talk and answer questions. She made me comfortable talking to her and never made me feel like I was imposing on her. She has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to real estate. She came up with a strategy to sell the property but always let us know it was our choice. If we wanted to go a different direction, she was okay with it. When she did not know the answer to a question, she had contacts who did and would get back to us after talking to them. She made a very stressful experience in selling a house a lot more tolerable knowing she was on our side. If the situation comes up, we would certainly use her again with no reservations.

Kay was great! She kept things moving and always answered my texts and phone calls promptly. Our property/house had some obstacles to overcome and she dealt with them with a high degree of expertise. I would definitely use Kay again.

Kay not only is an incredibly hard-working realtor, she is also incredibly knowledgeable about county and city requirements and really helped me out with selling my vacant land. Her team also goes above and beyond. All around great experience!

I operate my business in Virginia and i trusted Kay to successfully manage this beautiful piece of land in San Diego. She was a consumate professional in keeping me abreast of the sale of my property in a timely manner. I really enjoyed working with Kay because she was knowledgeable and was able to adapt to changing situation. I bought this vacant land in San Diego via an auction about three years ago. I decided to sell about a year and half later. I had to adjust the price based on changing market conditions. Kay was resilient in following through to get me the best deal available.
