I met Jordan at an open house and I was immediately impressed. Even though I was not the "ideal" buyer, she sat with me and got to know me. She was simply down to earth, like talking with an old friend. After several months, I reached back out about a home I wanted to go see. She made it happen by the next day, answered all of our questions, sat with us and was very helpful. During the offer process, both Jordan and Jessica were on top of everything, really working in our interest. It was a joy working with Jordan and her team.

Jordan was wonderful to work with and we were so happy to have her for our home purchase. We were pretty particular in our search, and Jordan was helpful and supportive without ever pressuring us. She was very quick to respond and was quickly able to find additional information about the homes that saved us lots of time. She was knowledgeable about the market, features in homes, and repairs needed, and all of her estimates and predictions were proved right again and again. Her communication was clear and transparent, and we felt she understood us and our needs throughout the process. We had an unusual purchase situation, and she did a great job of coordinating with all the parties involved. When we had an unexpected issue with closing, she went above and beyond to resolve the situation quickly and make sure we were taken care of and happy with our new home.

I'm not sure my words will be able to describe just how important Michaela was to our home-buying process. My wife and I have always had a dream of owning a small cabin in the mountains and we contacted Michaela with very specific requirements. We were also out-of-town buyers and needed someone that could support us from several hours away, especially with how competitive the market is in Henderson County. She was truly the perfect realtor for us. She scheduled several virtual showings in different areas of Henderson County and walked us through the pros and cons of buying in each specific area. We had an offer accepted on one house and when the inspection report came back with red flags, Michaela helped us navigate the termination process and we quickly found another cabin. Michaela went out to the cabin we ended up buying on the day after it was posted and spent a considerable amount of time taking videos and documenting the house. She knew exactly what we were looking for and gave us the thumbs up so we put an offer in, sight unseen. This was scary for us but we trusted Michaela explicitly and didn't hesitate to make an offer. We couldn't have done this without Michaela. Her professionalism, communication, and knowledge are second to none. We will use her for all of our real estate transactions in the Hendersonville area.

Jordan is an outstanding realtor and I'm so grateful that our paths crossed! Our situation was complex since we were purchasing the house from abroad. We also had some serious negotiation points that arose unexpectedly. Jordan is experienced and level-headed in negotiations and we were happy with how things worked out. Jordan is also very knowledgable about homes in general which was very helpful as we were looking at houses. Being far away, it was invaluable to have a realtor I fully trusted and she truly served as my eyes on the ground, making countless visits to the property and supporting me in getting our lives set up in a new place. Apart from being an excellent realtor Jordan is a wonderful person and we hope to see her at our house-warming party whenever that happens!
