HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you want to be on a winning team, then you would be crazy not to work with Katie. She goes above and beyond! She is a professional who loves what she does and truly cares about her clients. As first time homebuyers, we did not know how intense the market really was. Katie educated and guided us every step of the way. Communication was easy and Katie was always there to respond quickly. We could never thank Katie enough for all the efforts she did to help us with our home. Once we found a possible forever home, we placed an offer right away. We quickly realized that the sellers had many offers that were higher and better than ours. Winning the house seemed impossible. However, Katie fought for us. She told us she will see this through and she did! We will never forget her telling us that and then being on that phone call with her telling us our offer won. Not only was winning the house impossible, but we were able to close in 3 weeks because of how quick and efficient Katie and her entire team was! It is still surreal to us that we won our home. Katie is a PHENOMENAL realtor because she is a one of a kind person. She 100% cares about every single person in her life, especially her clients. You will sense this from your first interaction with her. She is completely passionate about her field and her craft-- her knack for knowing how to navigate even the trickiest of real estate waters, whether you are the buyer or seller, is truly an art. Katie is smart, sharp, reliable, creative, savvy, devoted, thoughtful, persistent, knowledgeable, and genuine. I called Katie one day and let her know we wanted to list our house literally THAT DAY (which was not our plan all along) and within a week our house was under contract. INCREDIBLE! Katie was the best thing to happen when handling the sensitive nature of an estate. She was kind, patient, understanding, professional and empathetic. I can’t imagine finding a better match to sell our home. She is truly the best. Can’t say enough about her kindness and her work ethic. I met an agent and left with a friend - who served our family well.
