Kathy Suhonza is phenomenal. From the first time I contacted her through the closing of our gorgeous new home she has been a consummate professional. She is extreamley knowledgeable about the area. And she also took great interest in what we were looking for, our aesthetic and what would best suit us. We had a wonderful experience working with her. Kathy is a delight.

Kathy was fantastic and really went out of her way to help us find the right home. I could not be more pleased with our experience. She was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and genuinely interested in getting us the right house rather than making a quick sale. Her knowledge of the area, ability to provide insightful valuations of the houses we looked at and proactive management of all phases of the contract and closing process made our experience a smooth one despite some unexpected obstacles. Would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

We relocated from Tampa, Florida to Newtown, Connecticut for my husbands job. Kathy was our assigned realtor for buying a new house. From the beginning, kathy was communicative about the home buying process in Connecticut as there are many changes from Florida. During our house hunting trip, kathy showed us houses that fit our family's needs over three days. In addition to house showings, kathy showed us the area and important aspects of the surrounding towns. This aspect was crucial in our decision making as we were joining a new town. Kathy is extremely knowledgeable about the area and has tons of experience (both personal and real estate) to help with the relocation process. When looking at houses, kathy was honest and insightful. She was an extra set of eyes when looking at the fine details of a home. Kathy always listened to our concerns and adjusted the house hunting trip as needed. I would highly recommend kathy to anyone who is seeking an honest, attentive, and knowledgeable realtor. She is by far the best thing that has helped my family moved to a new state and we will always be grateful for her help and expertise.

My husband and I were, truly blessed to have found Kathy as our realtor. We are grateful for all she has done to make our dream come true. Kathy is very attentive to emails and concerns. She is a great negotiator and is very knowledable. She gave us advise and explained all we should have known as first time home buyers. Kathy never gave up on us, even when we became overwhelmed. Her upbeat energy along with her awesome personality, made us feel comfortable at all times. She is very professional and I would recommend her to anyone who is considering in purchasing a home ! Kathy sets herself apart with her tenacious attitude and ability to not stop until you have found the perfect home (or buyer). Even though the process can be cumbersome, Kathy brings positivity and has an incredible amount of knowledge of the Fairfield County market (and surrounding areas). We needed this flexibility in a Realtor, since we started with a "wide net." She helped us narrow down our search and did not quit until we found our dream home. Thanks so much Kathy!
