they are very responsible......showed us lots of homes with patience.... we can't thank them enough! we looked all over the county....Mike made us very comfortable, we had lots of laughs....he helped my husband measure rooms to see if our furniture would fit...he is very knowledgeable about what to look for; if the home was for us or looking to see discrepancies.....i could go on & on .....we feel like we made new friends....we are sure to enjoy our new home....thank you!!!!

I would highly recommend Mike & Kathy Ballard! They recently sold my mother's home & acreage. It had been on the market sometime & they were the listing agent when out of town realtors located the home for their client. They are very knowledgeable and attentive. Very friendly and eager to help and answer any questions I had. Mike and Kathy kept me updated and aware of any changes immediately. They showed me houses and met with me at times that were convent for me. Kathy handled the negotiation period quickly and smoothly making me feel confident and comfortable. Good, honest, and helpful local realtors!
