Kelly helped us locate and complete the purchase of a beautiful lot meeting the requirements of the home we plan to build in Larkspur. We loved Kelly, We are first time home buyers and she made it so easy! She helped find the house, make our offer, and connected us with tons of professionals like our inspector and our mortgage broker (who were all amazing). She has a super simple time line that made this process a breeze. From our first tour to our closing we were crazy impressed by how helpful and knowledgeable she was. I could not imagine a better real estate agent to represent me in my house hunt. Kelly is extremely thorough and knowledgeable when it comes to selling or buying a home. The software her team uses to manage your listings was very easy to use and Kelly consistently kept all the information updated as we went through our buying process. During the house search, she knew exactly what to look for and made sure we were happy with our investment. She is super nice and easy to get along with which made the process that much more fun, even when you are getting exhausted or disheartened by the competitive housing market in Denver/Colorado. We were in a bit of a time crunch to buy a home and Kelly was always on top of every step, getting us everything we needed as soon as possible.
