I cannot say enough about KKeegan Realty. Kathleen and her team were there for us every step of the way during the home buying process. At the drop of a hat, Kathleen and Jill answered every text, phone call, or email. They made sure we crossed our T’s and dotted our I’s. The entire process was overwhelming but they made it much simpler by narrowing it down in a checklist. They went above and beyond to make sure we checked all boxes, and were asking the right questions so that we were making the most of our hard earned money for the biggest purchase of our life. Kathleen is enthusiastic, positive, honest and fun to work with. My siblings and I recently had to sell our childhood home and Keegan Realty was the family’s unanimous first choice for listing the property. My husband and I can’t say enough good things about Kathleen and her team. We had been searching as first time home buyers through the chaos that is currently the housing market and Kathleen made the process seamless. She was extremely timely in her communication and would seemingly drop everything to show us a house or answer a phone call. We did not have any experience in this daunting process, and everyone at KKeegan made us feel comfortable. You can rest assured that the entire team has immense experience and knowledge and they leave you with a feeling of being their only client based on the tailored and unique experience.
