Kathleen as far as I am concerned, best around. Great service, answered all our questions and concerns. Made appointments when we could make it, very important to us. Walked us through homes ad explained everything to us. Told us what to expect, from putting in the bid to closing on the house. Great ideas also, really enjoyed our experience!

Kathleen is truly exceptional. We were in a situation of needing to sell a house rather quickly and she did not hesitate to step up and help us get that done. We were impressed with her level of knowledge, selling price point, and the amount of data that she had about the market in such a short period of time. We had the house sold in two days because of her expertise. It was a no-brainer for us to work with her and we're so thankful we did.
