Katherine is the most involved, honest and knowledgeable realtor my wife and I have ever worked with. She set an entire Saturday aside to allow us to view 10+ properties scattered throughout the Bryson City, NC area. After we decided on our vacation cottage, she maintained a consistent line of communication to ensure the closing process unfolded as smoothly as possible, and she is still quick to respond to any questions we have about the area today. Katherine Trousdale impressed me from our first conversation. She was very knowledgable in a large area and has an honest sounding quality about her which I soon found to be the case. After working with her on the phone and in person my wife and myself found we had just the right person to help find our retirement home. My wife and I feel like she is part of the family. We lived about 3 hours away and Katherine was always ready to adjust to our schedule. She is TOPS in our book. She goes above and beyond.

Our experience of selling our cabin in NC could not have been better! We purchased our cabin in North Carolina over 7 years ago and Katherine was our realtor. When we decided to sell our home, we knew Katherine was our only choice. We live in Florida so we know we needed someone who was willing to work with us long-distance. Katherine and Denny are extremely informed about the area. What we love best about her and her husband Denny is the fact that they are very professional to work with. They are quick to respond to phone calls or emails and they are honest and hardworking people. I feel we were treated like family. Our home sold very quickly and we have Katherine and Denny to thank. They are a wonderful team and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the area. They are the best!

Katherine is a fireball in real estate. Good, honest, down to earth person and will work hard for her client and ALWAYS keeps her client's best interest at heart. They don't come any better than Katherine and I HIGHLY, with no hesitation, recommend her to handle both when buying or selling real estate! We purchased land in 2014 and 2017 with her outstanding guidance and help.

If you are looking to buy or sell your home you can not go wrong with Katherine Trousdale. She will be honest and straight forward with you. My husband and I felt like she was always looking out for us and had our back. We definitely recommend her and would use her again. If needed.
