Shelby assisted in selling my grandmothers home and she was amazing. So responsive, thoughtful and selfless. During the process we found out that my grandmothers home was being foreclosed on, and Shelby stopped that from happening and made sure that my grandmothers house was sold quickly so she didn’t walk away with nothing. Shelby put her heart and soul in to this transaction, and we could not be more grateful that we chose her. You can tell Shelby truly loves her Jon and she is 100% in it because she cares. Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.

Joseph was awesome! He took care of everything so that I was able to get a full price sale. He was able to contract painters and cleaners at exceptional prices prior to getting it on the market. House was sold within a week or so after hitting the market! Extremely honest and courteous!

Joseph was amazing! Moving from Houston to Kerrville was a challenge, but Joseph was there every step of the way. He recommended homes to look at, new home repair professionals when repairs were needed, and oversaw the inspection and the requested improvements from said inspection. He knows the area, market, and resources around town very well.

Joseph was an amazing person to work with during my home-buying process. He is someone trustworthy, very knowledgeable, and responsive. When we would look at new houses he would do a systematic inspection himself, and tell us insights on the construction or if there was anything concerning in the house. He made the process of buying a house very fun and easy, we also learned so much about houses through him. I highly recommend him.
