Kari recently sold our Folsom home for us. You can't do better than Kari McCoy! She went above and beyond and considered our home her property. We had full confidence that she wanted the best for us and the best for the potential buyer. Her leadership in preparing the house for sale and the actual selling were without a doubt AMAZING! We were very satisfied! She is honest, hardworking and honorable!

Kari just represented me in my home purchase and I can't say enough great things about her.. She is a dear friend and an amazing Realtor. I am a licensed agent and had Kari represent me in my home purchase because I knew I was too emotionally involved. It was the best decision I could have made, she kept me calm through out the whole deal and fought for the things that I was afraid to push for, being that this home was for me and my children. She is a pro negotiator and is always available for her clients, on time for everything, on point dealing with inspectors and contractors.. saving her clients time, money and stress. You will be 100% impressed with Kari McCoy..

There is nothing more stressful Than having to sell a family home... Kari not only proved to be highly knowledgeable and relentless on follow through, but her profound ability to reduce our stress and make the process seamless made her the perfect choice to sell our home. There are many realtors to choose from. Having a realtor who truly cares and make the process a personal mission to go smoothly meant everything to us. She is the best in the entire Sacramebto region, no question.
