We are first time buyers and had the best experience with Karena and Eduardo! They are extremely professional and hardworking with excellent communication skills. No matter the time of day, we could always count on a quick and timely response. They explained everything to us along the way and helped to make the home buying process that much easier. It was also very helpful that they were always available for touring the home, no matter how many times we asked to see it. They are very knowledgeable and worked diligently to negotiate with the seller for us. They truly go out of their way to serve the customer!

The 1st contact, Karena explained what to expect listing, market conditions, preparation of condo, contract, and how she would help throughout the process. She didn't ask me to sign a contract until I was ready to list the condo, no pressure. The 2nd contact, I signed contract. Karena and her husband, Eduardo, helped prepare the condo for the listing with cleaning, repairs, staging the condo, photographs and showings. She kept me informed how the process was going and sold the unit under the expected time we thought it would be on the market. The escrow went smoothly and Karena kept me up-to-date through each step of the process. I I would recommend Karena as your real estate professional and she is very personable to work with.

Karena and Eduardo are top notch! It's like working with good friends. They are extremely professional, answer questions very quickly and go far above and beyond other agents. They are really hard-working and dedicated to their clients and they quickly found a buyer for my property and took care of everything. I highly recommend them!
