Being a first time home buyer can be a very intimidating and daunting process; especially in this current housing climate. Thankfully, we had Karen Landry and her team with us on every step of the way. From the first point of contact; to the final walkthrough on closing day, Karen helped us navigate a very challenging home-buying market to help us get our first home! When we first reached out, we didn't know where to begin. We had been looking at house after house, going to open houses almost every weekend but felt we weren't able to be competitive enough with other buyers. Karen and her team made buying a home easy. Karen's attentiveness, fast responses, advice and knowledge of the market were so helpful in helping us find our home. Whether we had a question late at night, or needed help getting a question answered, she was there every step of the way. Would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Karen was an excellent agent. She was very easy to communicate with and always accessible. She helped us get a showing for a home within several hours of it going on the market. We were buying in a very competitive market and she helped us craft an offer that got the deal done. After our offer was accepted she helped us through every step of the process to get to closing. We were very happy working with Karen and would recommend her to any friends or family!

I had the task of settling my late mother's estate and part of it was a house in Boston. I contacted a realtor in Florida that I knew and asked her if she could assist with me finding a quality professional in Boston. Which she did and after interviewing several, she recommended Pam Shields. I made the trip to Boston from Miami, and met with Pam. I was impressed with her market knowledge and the professional manner she planned on marketing the home. The house was in need of repair and came with one tenant in a two family home. Despite the obstacle of the tenant being very difficult to deal with, Pam handled every obstacle like a true seasoned pro. All the needed repairs, she contacted local providers and got a very fair price and the work was done. She was in constant communication with updates via phone as well as email. In the end she managed to get a very good price and the house was sold in a short period of time. I would remiss if I did not say that we as a family would never have been able to handle this sale without the guidance and compassion of Pam. Would highly recommend her for any real-estate transaction.
