Karen is a very professional and caring person. She is very knowledgeable in RE. She can foresee possible issues that may arise and be up front and honest with you and give you suggestions on how to resolve it before it becomes a more serious issue, like delayed closing! She has been in the business for a long time and have contacts relating to RE who can help you resolve issues before or as they arise. She is truly a gem and a pleasure to work with.

Karen is a very caring person above all else. Selling homes is no doubt an incredibly stressful experience on the sellers, but thankfully to Karen, with all her years of experience, she guided us through every step. Karen Inglima is one of the hardest working agents their is.. I had Karen and another agent working on finding me a tenant for a condo I was trying to rent out.. once Karen got involved in the process.. She found the tenant..She also helped me purchase in buying an additional condo apt.... Karen will always be used by me for future prospects... highly recommended.. David

I tried to sell my home on my own for 2 months. With no luck, I decided to turn to an experienced realtor. Karen Inglima was recommended to my by one the real estate attorneys that I work for. She did an open house, and within a week I had 2 offers and went to contract right away. Karen was so helpful and knowledgeable. Her expertise moved the process easily from open house to closing the deal. Everything went very smoothly and I highly recommend Karen to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
