$37.00 to have our realtor go and check the progress of a new construction home that she is representing us on the purchase of. The purchase price is $1.3M and she is asking us for $37.00 to go and take pictures to show us progress is being made. We asked because there have been multiple issues with the project and we live 2 hours away with 2 small kids which makes it difficult for us to visit the house ourselves. That is what it costs to get the attention / assistance of our own realtor: $37.00. I can’t believe I am leaving this review but I want others to be aware before they work with Karen Donovan or any of the realtors here. You deserve better.
