Karen and John Burton were amazing. They were incredibly and knowledgeable. They priced our home properly and it sold on the first day above ask EXACTLY as Karen said it would. We can not recommend Karen and John more highly.

I did a lot of research before I chose our realtor. Everything that I read pointed me to Karen Burton. Her success and reviews were excellent. We set a meeting with her and her husband, John and knew we had found a great team. They certainly understood the market well and how to get a top price. They even offered to stage the house for us. We found a buyer very quickly and at our price. Karen handled all their questions with perfect calm and wisdom. Best of all her husband John made all of the arrangements and oversaw the emptying of the house for us. He also handled the fire detectors certification. We did not have to lift a finger. I cannot imagine an easier house sale.

Karen and John were able to find me the perfect house in a very difficult market. As a first time home buyer, I felt lucky to have such attentive realtors who were there to guide me through every step of the process. Karen and John have established strong relationships with many realtors, which is a key component when dealing with the opposing realtor. They were able to get me in first to see the house, and I believe it was their strong relationship with the seller’s realty that helped me get the house. Whenever I had a question, they responded within minutes, even while on vacation in another state. I cannot recommend them highly enough. These are the realtors to choose! They have their “finger on the pulse” and know about homes before they hit the market. You will not be disappointed with this dynamic duo!

Karen recently sold my home in Falmouth Heights. From the day I called her, to the day of the sale, she made the entire process effortless. My home was staged within 48 hours of contacting her, and on the market almost immediately. Every step of the process was transparent, professional, congenial, and even fun! It is very clear why she is a top seller. I highly recommend Karen. I would use her again without reservation.

Karen was by far the best realtor we have worked. Both she and her husband provided us with sound advice about staging our home, and even helped with the process. Their knowledge of the local market helped us establish an appropriate asking price. They were correct when they predicted we would get more. Our whole process was quick and efficient. Throughout it Karen and John were upbeat and responsive. I think the only downside is that we moved away. I think we may have become friends had we stayed in town.
