Kara was an incredible asset to us in buying our first home. She had extensive knowledge about the listing we were interested in and pointed out everything we needed to know during the showing. When we put in an offer, she was always immediately available and responsive during negotiations, and gave us honest and straightforward advice. She has incredible attention to detail and created a portfolio to keep us on schedule right up to closing. We trusted her completely and are so grateful that we had her to guide us through a daunting market. She is truly the best in the Burlington area!

I've used Kara multiple times for both buying and selling and she is the only person in Vermont I will work with. She works super hard and is always honest. She is quick to respond and knows her stuff. She's the best around!

I would highly recommend Kara for anyone’s real estate needs! Kara helped me to purchase my first condo back in 2017. As a first time home buyer, she was so patient and willing to show me as many condos/houses I needed to make sure I found the right one. She learned my preferences and dislikes and sent me suggestions that fit what I was looking for. She was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. Now three years later, my partner and I were looking to buy our first home together. I reached out to Kara and she was thrilled to hear from me. She immediately got to work setting up a specialized search page for the location and price ranges we were looking for and walking us through the next steps. Throughout the entire process she was always willing to answer any questions we had, even if it was late in the evening or on the weekend. The experience she has in the entire VT market is incredible. Kara will always be my go to real estate agent!

Working with Kara was awesome! She was always very responsive and answered any questions that I had in a timely manner. Working with Kara and her team in getting estimates was a breeze and stress free. I was more than happy getting the opportunity to work with someone who didn't mind me changing up my game plan several times. I would highly recommend working with Kara so that you can get the home you want!
