We discovered Kaila and made initial contact from out of town. She was readily available for us, and was very prompt with timely communication, as well as education about the differences of purchasing real estate in North Carolina. Once we had a firm commitment on the sale of our condo in FL, our viewing and purchase process went very quickly and well. She was a wealth of information about trade-offs between price, age of home and location, and was very knowledgeable about the entire Charlotte area. Her Director of Operations (Marvin Phidd) was also totally on top of our needs and was beyond helpful in the entire process. We would not hesitate to work with Kaila and her team again.

I found Kaila Lindsey thru a Google search. My husband and I were relocating from Maryland and decided we wanted to have an independent agent for our purchase at Cresswind Charlotte. Kaila was my first response from the Google search. This was the first example of her responsiveness to any of our inquiries. She even took my call while vacationing. Kaila did a wonderful job guiding us through the various walk-thru opportunities during the build answering our questions regarding electrical, HVAC, pest control, plumbing and so much more. she even took pictures of plumbing and electrical during the pre-drywall walk-through, which will be valuable for us in the future should we want to make any changes to our "home Forever Home". We actually had a problem with a truss and she was able to explain to me how it would be fixed even before the engineer told us how it would be fixed. Her knowledge and expertise was extremely beneficial. Highly recommend!
