JulieAnn was such an amazing realtor to work with, we could not have asked for a better person to help us buy our first home! She was incredibly knowledgeable and was more than willing to explain each detail of the whole homebuying process to us. Time and time again she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. Not to mention, she is incredibly responsive which is invaluable in this crazy market. Could not recommend working with her more!

There was no doubt in my mind about selecting JulieAnne, to represent me with my real estate needs! She helped my wife buy and sell her first home and we used her again to sell my home because we are retiring to South Carolina. Julianne brings top notch professionalism to the table each and every time! Her experience, availability, attention to detail, and proactiveness are all the qualities we looked for in a realtor. Selling a home can be one of the most stressful events in a person's life. Fortunately for us, this was NOT the case. Our neighbors had recently listed and quickly sold their home. They strongly recommended that we speak with their realtor, Julie Ann King from REMAX. We will be forever grateful for the referral. Our first meeting with Julie immediately put us at ease. We found that she was a non-pressure professional, spending most of the time finding out about us, our house, our expectations and concerns. It wasn’t until we asked that she then told us about how she would represent us, what we should expect from her as well as an overview of her company. We confidently signed the paperwork with her and the sale process started. Julie’s communication with us throughout the entire process was incredible. When she wasn’t available to take our calls, she was always quick to respond to every email and voicemail. Julie cared about us. Julie did her research and was always prepared. She is very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. She followed up on every house showing and if we were not available, she went to our house to make sure everything was in order. Our anxiety levels were kept in check by her calm demeanor. We weren’t just a customer or a commission to her. We got to know her and she went above and beyond to get to know us. She was always on top of her game, did her research on potential buyers and guided us with her professional opinions (constructive pros and cons). In a short period of time, we had a very good offer on our house. Julie was fully involved to make sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Again, knowing that she had our backs took so much stress off of us. Julie stayed in touch with us even after we moved. She wanted to make sure that everything had been resolved. First of all JulieAnn is a true professional when it come to Real Estate . I have dealt with a number of agents over the years and by far JulieAnn is the best. Just recently I purchased a beautiful brand new home with JulieAnn's help.She also was and still is very helpful in the decorating of my new home ( she had great ideas that I was very pleased with). I also had JulieAnn list my previous home and I must say I was more than happy with the results. I think her professionalism and the way she presented my home had it sold the first weekend with thirteen substantial offers . In fact my home was presented better with the additional drone views than a home on my block of higher value which did not have drone views in its listing. JulieAnn truly is 100 % for her clients which I think in her mind they come first over everything else. You will be more than very pleased if you select JulieAnn as your agent whether you are buying or selling a home or both like I did. JulieAnn always kept me informed every step of the way and always returned my calls to her promptly.
