I moved to Tuscaloosa in 2019 and did not know a soul except my now Husband. We started looking for a home beginning of 2020 and a high school friend of mine highly recommended Julie. I knew nothing about buying a home and Julie answered every question I ever had and helped me find a reputable lender and patiently walked me and my husband thru every step of the process! We were able to find our starter home in the midst of Covid and closed October of 2020. She and I have stayed in contact since and when my husband and I were ready to put our home back on the market I immediately called her! Again, she answered every question or concern because we had never sold a home before either. It took a little longer than expected for it to sell due to the interest rates going up right when we listed it but she gave me so many options to work with to help make our home stand out and get offers! We Closed on the Sale almost a month ago and I couldn’t be anymore grateful or ask for a better Realtor!! Carla is AMAZING! I cannot stress the skills in negotiating a miraculous deal on our house on a super time crunch. She has stuck with us through a roller coaster of house hunting and found our perfect home. After hrs, weekends, through the whole process she made this basically stress free!

Willie is an exceptional agent to work with when looking for a home. He made the process effortless and took the stress off of us. My husband and I have our own business and I have a Monday through Friday day job. Due to this, we are very busy. Willie always made himself available to look at houses when we had time. Every house he told us about had most or all of the features we were looking for. He takes time to understand what is important to you and doesn't waste your time. He always responded quickly within the same day. He was able to negotiate terms and closing that made both us and the sellers happy. He was very knowledgeable about the buying, closing, and setting up utilities processes. We did not have to figure out ourselves how to do anything. I will definitely recommend Willie and use his services again if we are in the market to buy or sell.

Carla has done a great job, My whole family loves her and we absolutely recommend her service. She was great & outstanding she was very experienced . Very helpful Love working with her Amazing and professional work done by Carla. Lots to learn from her in today’s market. She was able to find a house for us based on our needs in a quickly manner. I truly recommend her at anytime if you need an agent.

It was wonderful working with Julie. She is extremely knowledgable and professional. I searched around and talked to a few realtors before landing with her & Exit Realty and really feel like I made the right decision. She put up with me, all of my questions, concerns, and she was always right there for me & quick to respond. Would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic realtor!
