Great realtor. This was our first time doing the process and we had no idea what to expect, but Julie helped us out and kept us very informed throughout the whole process. She also gave us very useful information regarding lenders, inspections providers, etc. while not being too pushy and allowing us to go our own way if desired (we went with hers because they were so good). We were looking for a longer period, as well, and she never made us feel rushed. It was great working with her and I'd recommend her to anyone!

Julie was referred to me by a friend who also had the most AMAZING experience working with her! She has to be THE best in the business! As a first time homebuyer, she made the process seem so simple and seamless. She was ALWAYS available to respond to my questions and concerns immediately! She consistently made herself available for viewings and was very flexible! She asked all the right questions on my behalf and really took on the majority of the work. She walked me through every single thing, from beginning to end, and is STILL available for support after moving in. I HIGHLY recommend her for your next realty services!

We can’t say enough great things about Julie Cendejas and our experience with her! We were moving from out of state and we found her after an extensive online search for someone who was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive, without being pushy. She greatly exceeded our expectations in every aspect! We had a few conversations about what we were looking for, and when we came out to visit, she showed us multiple properties that were exactly what we had described. We wound up getting the second house we made an offer on thanks to her and we couldn’t be happier! Not only did she make the whole experience enjoyable, but she also offered up money back to us from the sale as part of her “Homes for Heroes” involvement. We didn’t even ask for it! For those not familiar, it’s a wonderful program that some realtors are part of where they give you a portion of their commission as a “thank you” for your service (military, law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, teachers, etc.). I can’t think of too many people that would offer to give you a couple thousand dollars out of their own pocket to show their appreciation…Julie is a gem!!! We still keep in touch with her on a personal level since she’s such an all-around wonderful person. If you’re looking for the best realtor in the Treasure Valley, Julie is it!

Viktoria has helped us buy two homes and sell one so far. She is a great agent and knows her stuff! She helped make sure that we knew exactly what to expect and was really good at responding back with all of the questions that we had.
