Julianne was truly exceptional. I met her in the process of selling my home in NJ in 2021. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data she had about the market. The house sold in less than 3 days. Now I used her services to purchase a new home and again she showed her commitment to represent us very well. She is always available and this is what I love of her. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Julianne.

Julianne did a fantastic job selling our home. Her marketing plan was right on which made for a quick negotiation and sale. Julianne listened to all of our concerns and wants when it came time to buy a home. We looked in South Jersey and she accompanied us down there and was always willing to give advice or voice concerns. Great job overall by Julianne and her team, it made our selling and buying so much easier!

While the deal for the home I was interested in did not go all the way to the end, my Experience with Julianne has been nothing short of exceptional. She has been extremely patient, informative and receptive of the ideas and demands I had for my first home. From the moment we were introduced to Julianne she has gone above and beyond what she should have done for my son and I. There have been times where I was unable to make it to a open house but Julianne found the time to not only go and inspect the house for us she made a point of keeping us included by faceTiming us an giving inputs on what to look out for and what to avoid. We both cannot stop praising her and will highly recommend her to any and everyone who is looking to purchase a home.

We began our home search in March 2023 and gave up because we were working with someone that may not have the selling skills we needed for such a challenging market. We got lucky when we called Weichert inquiring about a property. The girl that answered the phone said we have someone for you who’s very experienced and very aggressive! I said perfect! Julianne has extensive knowledge on the entire process and has connections from contractors to bankers to inspectors. She is not a realtor that just wants to sell you any house to make a buck. She wants you to be happy with your decision. If the house has something wrong with it she will tell you ..probably before you even spot the issue. She is realistic and very honest. If you are looking at something that is above your expectations she will tell you point blank. I respect her and think she’s awesome. I’m glad to have her on our team. She stuck with us through the entire process. If and when we are ready to sell the home she found us to buy - we will be calling her to be our listing agent! Thank you again Julianne ??
