Julia did an outstanding job assisting me with the purchase of my condo. Her expertise in all aspects of the transactions helped to make the process much smoother than it would be otherwise as this is my first time purchasing real estate. She was very patient and responsive and always gave great advice not just on the purchase itself, but also with home improvements. She also paid great attention to details to ensure no mistakes were made on any of the documents and nothing was left out in physical inspection. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Julia did an outstanding job in helping us look for a home. From the very beginning, she got a good feel for what we were looking for and was able to point us to potential bid-worthy houses. She listened to what we liked and didn't like about the houses and even more importantly, steered us away from potentially bad purchases and potential pitfalls that we could not have spotted. She was never pushy or desperate to sell us the wrong house and was willing to take as long as we needed. Surprisingly, we found a house far sooner than we were anticipating and Julia was just as reliable throughout the closing process as well, answering all of our questions and giving us good advice. Julia was great about following up with our loan officer and the escrow company to push us through the escrow process and didn't falter once. Even afterwards, she pointed us to contractors she knows and works with in order for us to continue on with remodeling as well. Overall, I highly recommend Julia Zhao if you're looking to buy a home in the SGV area. With he knowledge of the local market, her contacts, and her experience in the industry I cannot recommend her enough.
