When relocating to Pittsburgh from out-of-state, we decided to work with Judi’s team after speaking with her. She seemed very knowledgeable on the area, having lived there for many years, which made us feel that we were in good hands. We were assigned to Donald McClung, one of the agents on her team. Donald was very helpful and responsive. He arranged a FaceTime home showing for us and made sure someone was there to let inspectors and plumbers in since we were not able to. We also reached out to Judi for a second opinion during our bidding process and she was very helpful. The closing went smoothly and we were able to be in our new home fairly quickly.

I worked with Donald McClung and the SAYHAY team to buy a home in Pittsburgh, during the long Summer 2022. I could not have done it without them. Donald understood the vision for the home I was looking for immediately, and he and the team found many great candidates quickly. The market was unusual this summer, and the process took a while - two houses under contract w/o closing before this third one worked out. Throughout the challenges of a complex and unfortunate inspection and then an *intransigent* seller (house candidates 1 and 2), Donald and the team were there to support me with insight, facts, support, and experience. Donald has a real passion for this region, and it shows - he knew all about the very specific and strange historical materials used in many houses here, which was helpful during the search. He's seen many a Pittsburgh oddity, and will help you navigate them. This is my second major real estate transaction in my life, and it was worlds less stressful than the first one, thanks to Donald and his team. I really felt supported, heard, and taken care of, through the whole many month process. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
