I was new to the whole process but Joyce was very understanding and supporting through out the whole process. Picks up calls at odd times to answer any question and is very upfront with information. She came to know our family during the process and we honestly felt blessed to deal with her. After a while I was sure the process would go through smoothly and it did. We are grateful for the professionalism from her and would highly recommend her for anyone buying a home.

Joyce was awesome to work with. Knowledgeable, caring, and made sure made sure all our questions were answered fast. She helped us sell and buy our home. She kept us informed every step of the way. Would not hesitate to use her again if the need arose. Would highly recommend!!!!!

I was choosing between 2 agents and because I chose to work with Joyce, I got $30,000 more when the house sold. Any time you have a question and contact her you can speak to her right away or she will get back to you immediately. She informs you of what is going on every step of the way. I highly recommend her. Do yourself a favor and choose her too as your agent!

Joyce was great to work with. Any time we had questions with the selling process she was just a phone call away. She explained the selling process thoroughly and told us what we should do the make the house more appealing prior to listing it. She was right as our house sold in one week.
