David was a God-send for us as first-time homebuyers. He is trustworthy, reliable, and honest. He remained very realistic and knowledgeable through the whole process, being sure to watch out for our blind spots. He advocated for us and worked things out for our benefit every time. David was friendly and clearly explained the entire process involved in selling our house. He Did a "walk-through" and was able to suggest things that we could do to improve the appeal of the house to potential buyers. He was in constant contact with us and kept us apprised of important information. The entire process was smooth and painless because of his expertise.
