This was my first house I've ever bought, and Josh made the process so easy. I was in college while I bought the home and was not local to the area in which I purchased the home, and Josh was able to walk me through the steps (which I did not know much about) and was very friendly and kind. He always made sure I was aware of what process I was in, and always responded in a timely manner. He was very professional and kind. He helped me negotiate with the seller. He was an advocate for me, the buyer, and put my best interest first. I would recommend Josh over and over again and I couldn't ask for a better experience. I am very thankful that Josh was my realtor!

Josh made the experience of selling my house actually enjoyable. Starting out with tips and recommendations on home improvements to get ready for the sale, which were knowledgeable and honest. This helped to smooth the process out going forward. Communication was always fast and courteous, asking about potential showing times and letting me know feedback from potential buyers. Documents were shared quickly and the process of signing everything was very easy. If you are looking for someone that will get you through the process and has knowledge of not only the housing market but house construction itself, I highly recommend Josh.
