Gerrie did a wonderful job in helping my wife and I obtain our first house in Springfield last year. Gerrie was always up to date on our steps, paperwork and communication for us and other parties involved. Mariellen sold my grandmother's house a few years ago and just sold my parents house. She knows the market, takes care of everything, is exceedingly accommodating, and keeps in close communication throughout the process. You are definitely in good hands with her. For my parents house, we asked Mariellen to do her best to move the process along rapidly (we were in a bit of a time crunch). She had the house sold in a few weeks, well above asking price, and (icing on the cake for my parents) to a family that were very excited about their new home. We could not be happier with her!
