Jody did an amazing job assisting us with the sale of our home and also the purchase of our new home. His knowledge on the technical aspects was excellent. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Jody Davis! We started house searching around March 2021 and after a while thought maybe it was impossible with the market but Jody reassured us every step of the way and showed amazing determination. Once we found our home Jody worked tirelessly to make sure we were in the best possible position and made sure to walk my husband and I through every step and explain everything fully (we’re first time home buyers!). We now have a wonderful home that meets everything we had hoped for and we owe it to Jody and all his hard work!

You could not ask for a more patient agent than Jody. In this insane market, he managed to sell our house OVER list, line up a contract on a new house, and arrange to close on both deals in the same day. He even drove over an hour from his home on a Sunday just to let in our house cleaner prior to moving. Jody is a gem and you won’t find a better, more genuine agent to work with.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Jody. Helping us find a home as we lived across county was not a small task. During the process he was honest, down to earth and overall just a great person to work with. He worked hard for us and made sure we knew what we didn’t know. I would definitely recommend him to any friend or family.
